People travel for different reasons and it's my mission to ensure they aren't disappointed in the trips they entrust me to help create. I take a bit of an empathetic approach in my planning. After a brief consultation, I plan my client's journey as if it's a trip that I'll be taking. Keeping your budget, desires and expectations in mind while I work to create your vacation.
As a specialist I had to complete and pass all mandated tourism boards courses. As well, I continue my education with regular destinations trainings. I also find networking with various tour operators and other travel suppliers beneficial so I am up to date on such things as new tours and special offers that could be of interest to my clients. My networking is done with office visits, webinars and attending trade shows and conferences. However, I feel that in order to give my client's true guidance I need to experience a country myself. So, I visit each of the countries I focus on as regularly as possible.
One of my greatest joys is hearing from my client's after they've returned home telling me how much they enjoyed their travels. I hope to one day have such a conversation with you.

It was our good fortune to work with Wally Jones to arrange our trip to Australia. One of the things that impressed us the most was the way Wally listened to us so he could customize our trip around our interests. The accommodations he booked for us were all top notch and included an upscale bungalow on the Queensland coast and a lovely boutique hotel on the waterfront of Hobart. Wally also had loads of practical tips, ranging from how to navigate the airports to some of the best places to shop in Sydney. He also handled our arrangements for a rental car for the week we spent in Tasmania. All told, Wally worked with us for weeks, revising our itinerary as we tweaked our schedule. Throughout the process, Wally was easy to contact, thoroughly professional and always friendly. Thanks to Wally, our trip was amazing in every way, and we came home with incredible memories. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’re already talking with Wally about another trip next year!

Wally was easy to work with. He took a generous amount of time to speak with me on the phone multiple times during the process of planning my vacation. He has knowledge of very good tour companies and reliable transportation companies to provide services where I traveled (London/Paris). Wally made it very easy for me by emailing a final grouping of vouchers that I printed and took with me on my trip. These vouchers not only acted as tickets in some cases, but also were a good way for me to remember my scheduled events. Because of the help Wally provided me, my trip was much easier and stress free. This was my first time to both London and Paris, so having the help of someone who has been there before, and understands the best ways to plan, was invaluable.

Wally has coordinated several trip for us with our friends in Phoenix to Europe, Alaska, and the Caribbean. He has done exceptional planning and coordinating travel and lodging arrangements as we are in Atlanta and travel companions are in Phoenix. We recently had our travel plans to Portugal interrupted by a last minute flight attendant strike in Germany with Lufthansa and when we were notified he already had travel options available to us for Phoenix and Atlanta to make sure our trip was not interrupted.
