I'm Claudia, German by birth and global nomad by heart. I was born and raised in East Germany before jet-setting off into the world, visiting 100+ countries as of today. It's hard to pick favorites but I'll say if you haven't traveled to Greece, South Korea, or Tanzania yet, you need to add it to your list.
My passion for travel comes from my grandparents. They would take me on annual family vacations to the Turkish Riviera and Mallorca when I was just five years old. I remember feeling a rush of excitement when exploring a new place. Traveling wasn't allowed in East Germany until the wall fell in 1989 so before then my grandfather Horst would regale me with stories of his travel agent friend. I remember thinking, "a job traveling and helping others travel? Sign me up!"
After school, I moved to London to pursue my travel and hospitality dreams. I was then sent to Zanzibar where I helped open a boutique hotel in picturesque Nungwi Beach. I changed it up and started working aboard luxury cruise ships, traveling at sea for six months at a time and spending a lot of time exploring places like the Arctic, Australia, and circumnavigating Africa. I then moved to the United States and won the Green Card Lottery in 2012 where I lived in the flashy town of Las Vegas and the tourist destination of Santa Barbara, CA.
I've been lucky to explore everywhere from the remote corners of the world to high-end luxury escapes to popular hot spots and I want to create the same for you. These will be the stories you talk about for years to come and I'm honored to guide you on this journey. If you're a meticulous planner who wants to see it all or if you're more go-with-the-flow, I'll attune the trip to your pace. For the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm aware and knowledgeable of the unique experience we face when traveling to new areas. Each country has different cultures and laws, so I'll help you navigate your destination in the best way possible with whatever vibe you're seeking.

We couldn’t have been happier with the amazing trip Claudia arranged for us to travel through Thailand for 3 weeks. She listened to our desire to have a balance of activity and relaxation, and to experience authentic Thai accommodations that were absolutely stunning. Claudia was always available for any questions or last minute changes both before and during our trip. We were amazed that, without exception, every single time we either had to fly , or be driven somewhere, or take a boat , or be driven to a boat to be met by a driver at the other end - no matter what manner of transport we had to take - someone was at the location waiting for us. We are senior citizens who haven’t been out of the country in decades and were leery about arranging a trip ourselves to Greece before meeting a prearranged tour group in Israel. A friend of ours recommended Travel Leaders 365 and we were paired with Claudia Pascua. Right from the start she listened to our aspirations and concerns and asked questions that we didn’t even think of. She did an amazing job for us in Greece which included tours, hotels, transfers and airline tickets. Little did we know that the day before we were to fly to Greece, Israel declared war ending our tour of Israel. No matter how many times we spoke to Claudia she was always professional, kind, and gave us different options while her air team worked on getting us a ticket back home. Claudia met our every need planning the 30th anniversary trip for my husband and me. She introduced herself and asked just the right questions to get a feel of the type of travelers we are. During the planning phase she kept us fully informed of pricing and dates. When done, Claudia had put together the perfect trip. All we had to do was show up at the airport. During our travels, every aspect was arranged with spot on detail that met our every expectation. Claudia saw to it that we felt pampered and celebrated for our occasion. I hope this doesn't have a character limit because I can write a War & Peace-level novel on my AMAZING experience with Claudia. We (husband & I) planned our honeymoon about 8 months in advance and started with 0 location picked. After we established a budget, Claudia helped me work out what experience (beach/snow/mountains) I would like. She was incredibly helpful and we landed on experiencing the Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis as we wanted to honeymoon early December. She helped establish how relaxed we wanted to be during the trip and created the most perfect 10 day honeymoon across Norway and Finland. Her services provided hotel bookings, transfers to/from the hotels/airports, activities such as tours, sauna tickets, reindeer rides, northern lights hunting were taken care of, etc. We literally only had to think about where/what to eat and the itinerary was just a quick glance on our phones so we knew what was coming next.
