Hotel Vestibul Palace is located in the center of Split, in Diocletians Palace, directly behind the main square Peristil. The hotel is named after the Vestibul which is the grand entrance to Diocletians private chambers. The hotel opened its doors in 2005, but the walls inside the building date from the original Roman construction in 305A.D. The hotel is comprised of three familial palaces which date from the gothic, romanic and renaissance periods. Hotel Vestibul Palace has 7 rooms, and is comprised of two standard rooms, three superior rooms, one junior suite and one luxury suite. The hotels restaurant Magnus, sources locally produced ingredients and utilizes a farm to table approach, providing elevated traditional Croatian cuisine combined with modern technique. The hotel is located 25km from the nearest airport SPU, and just 300m from the main bus station and ferry port. The hotel has an offsite private garage in which guests are able to store their car for a fee. The hotel also offers private transfers, and tailor made excursions via car or boat.
